Bloglines has this weird and annoying bug where if we used any accented characters or symbols in any post (say, we spell a word “Tørón†oîst” or, more likely, “café”), and your settings were set to display updated articles as new, that post would continuously show up as being updated in your feed list. It was pretty annoying for our readers, so we figured out a workaround, but we’d rather not have to worry about it anymore.
It’s been a few months, and we think that the bug may be fixed. But we’re not positive, and Bloglines’ tech staff is being no help. So, if you see this post—or any other Torontoist post—being updated over and over again, please e-mail [email protected]. We’d be ever so grateful.
