It snowed a whole lot. Of course, you probably didn’t need Torontoist to tell you this, unless you’ve been on a serious World of Warcraft run all weekend. In which case you are probably trapped inside your home, and soon will perish—which probably gives you just enough time to make it to level sixty!
Panel to seek more family-friendly Ontario legislature. The panel will look at cutting out some evening sittings, setting up an in-house daycare, and many other things that the average business won’t do for you if you work for them.
Tories’ proposed emissions trading program gives Alberta tar sands developers $700 million in free credits and Ontario coal plants nothing. All those surprised that Stephen Harper would use the environment as a partisan bludgeon, raise your hand…nobody is raising their hands…come on, somebody raise their hand so we can have a core of reasonable optimism in our readership!
