Tonight the Art Bar poetry series will host its last event for 2007. Ending the year off with their annual Dead Poets Society night, this year’s event will be hosted by David Clink and feature poets Ian Burgham, George Elliot Clarke, Karen Connelly, Barry Dempster, and more. Readers will cover poets such as A. R. Ammons, Margaret Avison, Cheng Sait Chia, Robert Herrick, Irving Layton, Dylan Thomas, and others.
Reading series and book events of all kinds are slowly winding down for the year. This will be the last edition of LitTO for 2007. See you in 2008.

READING: ART BAR POETRY SERIES presents The Dead Poets Society. The annual event, hosted by David Clink, will feature George Elliot Clarke, Karen Connelly, Barry Dempster, Paul Dutton, Susan Glickman, Maureen Scott Harris, Bill Howell, Sandra Kasturi, Carol Malyon, David McFadden, Molly Peacock, Stuart Ross, Pricila Uppal, Halli Villegas, and Myna Wallin. All proceeds will be donated to the Trans-Canada Trail in the name of each of the participating writers. Books will be available for purchase on site.
