Brighton, UK’s The Kooks are coming to town this Tuesday on what must be the longest tour ever, supporting their first album Inside In/Inside Out, which came out in January 2006. They must be doing something right, though, since the show is completely sold out. Did you try to buy tickets with no luck? Well, here’s your second chance to snag a pair.
Courtesy of +1 Music we have one pair of tickets to give away to a lucky reader. Be the third person to email your full name to [email protected], along with the answer to this question: From which David Bowie album did The Kooks get their name?
Tuesday, May 8
Doors open at 8 p.m.
If you’re heading to the show, try to get there for the opening band, Illinois, who hail from — you guessed it — Pennsylvania. Based on their Myspace profile, Illinois’ debut album What The Hell Do I Know? sound quite promising. We’ll let you know later in the week if that holds true.
