_41259778_stephanedionafpgetty203.jpg Stéphane Dion says that the Tories should pull the attack ads targeting him in Quebec. Because god knows the best possible way to deal with an unprecedented and unpopular attack ad is to whine about it. That makes Dion look like a strong leader, all right.
With a possible spring election looming, the Star does some math and points out that the Tories have announced nearly ten billion dollars in new spending since December. Canadians are shocked and appalled that a political party would stoop to such obvious vote-buying; democracy scheduled to collapse next week.

Walrus in love with trainer at Marineland. Most notable aspect of story: that the walrus’s name is “Smooshi.” With an “I.” It wasn’t enough to give the walrus a cutesy name; it also had to have a porno spelling. Which is just disturbing, isn’t it?
