PhoTO: How Others See Us (Or Rather, Our Signs And Graffiti)
One for the “how others see us” file, we think, even if it is a slightly self indulgent one – a friend of Torontoist stopped over a short while back and took some photos (as you do, when you’re on holiday). What makes these very short Flickr sets (of grafitti and signs) so interesting, though, isn’t as much the photography as the commentary. Take this, describing the picture above – “Ahh Toronto, where eggs of every race and hue can embrace as brothers: I think those anthropomorphised eggs have a lesson to teach us all. “
