Someone owes the TPL 25 cents
There were a box of discarded books on College street the other day. I took one preteen novel that I had read as a kid; I read a few chapters and was sorely disappointed. However, this date-due card in the back pocket is such a delightful find! So much more charming than the thermal paper printouts the TPL dispenses these days. And the importance and respect the card demands! 25 cents if lost or damaged! I wish I’d taken more books from the box.
Anyone want to try and decode the punched out holes along the bottom?
