Do not adjust your set. Stop rubbing those eyes. We were confused at first too, but it would appear that a brand new receptacle that does nothing but collect trash, and has not even the capacity to host advertising has appeared on the streets of Toronto.
Is this even official city issue? Or has some sneaky local entrepreneur gone and had their own official-logo Toronto stickers printed just to be able to get a can out on the sidewalk where they want it?
