It Happened This Weekend
The temperature rises, and the city goes crazy. A small smattering of interesting things that happened this weekend:
– Sally McKay made some neato gif animations that make us want to go camping asap.
– Accordion Guy went to the ‘Filipino Idol’ competition, which we did not know existed.
– Booklust enjoyed the loveliness of a lazy stroll, and was told to read Safran Foer’s latest. egads.
– And For the Records checked out the Martha Wainwright show, and learned he and the dazzling chanteuse share a birthday.
– And Torontoist, we drank limeade, as the College Street Dominion was sold out of all ade’s of the lemon variety.
