Pancakes and Bikes
Torontoist recently realized that all our favourite politicians ride bikes! Jack and Olivia have been spotted riding tandem on weekends and Olivia bikes to work every day. Mayor Miller is currently in TV ads precariously riding a bike around Nathan Phillip’s Square advertising the city’s bike week.
The city’s bike week, which is really more like bike month, kicks off today with a mass commute from Bloor and Yonge at 8:00 AM and ending at City Hall with a pancake breakfast catered by Whole Foods! There are also dozens of rides, tours, art events and discounts being offered by bike friendly merchants.
