Budget Fever!
The countdown to Ontario budget coverage is on! Details of Premier D. McGuinty‘s provincial budget will begin to pass through the news media starting at around 4 p.m. today. This budget is said to focus on hospitals, post-secondary education (ie the University of Toronto), and NO new taxes. Dalt will also dig up that bone of contention he has with the federal government at some point too. The budget presentation will hopefully be webcast or at least shown on the Parliamentary channel.
