Who’s the Douchewhistle?
Or, “What is a douchewhistle?” Both questions have arisen on the Hipinion message board after eye magazine reported on Hipinion’s leaked music list. In this week’s Totally Wired, writer Dave Morris got into the Hipinion bad books by (sarcastically?) printing the site’s info “only to aid fearless record-company lawyers, who need all the help they can get.” Torontoist hopes eye responds to the douchewhistle charge, or that somehow this escalates with even funnier insults.
