Pixellated Print Princess Primes Pitfield
Obviously, TOist knows not the power that pixellated princess of the Sun, Sue Ann Levy, wields. Yesterday, she complained about dirty streets revealed by melting snow, a blight on her morning yog. And today comes news that Councillor Jane Pitfield and consorts are going to clean this town up. Sayeth the article: “Crews will start in one part of Toronto and sweep across the city, Ms. Pitfield said. The whole thing should take about three weeks.” It takes TOist longer than three weeks to clean our living room. But our city is nothing if not efficient.
The best news in all this, though, is a litter ticketing crackdown on those caught crumpling and casting away on our city streets. We’re talking to you, ‘guy who drops his coffee time cup and donut wrapping on the sidewalk just outside the coffee time on College and Spadina.’ You’re going down!
