For Once, a Little Harmony at Ryerson
Things have been downright glum over at RyHigh for the past little spell, so it’s nice that there’ll be a bit of Harmony tomorrow when indie filmmaker and generally interesting character Harmony Korine does his shpiel as part of the Kodak Lecture Series. His Julien Donkey Boy (pictured), was doggedly Dogme, but since then, censorship has dogged his projects, especially the ones that involve Larry Clark. Apparently the guy’s also done an art book, series of photos of Macauley Culkin called The Bad Son. Clever, Mr. Korine! Very, very clever!
Best of all, the whole thing is free. 7:30pm.
