Consider This Your First Warning, Andre 3000
OutKast’s Andre 3000, fresh off disappointing guest spots on the Gwen Step-on-me album and a role in the unfortunate Get Shorty sequel, had better ‘watch himself.’ According to a reliable Torontoist source, Mr 3000 spent last evening dangerously slumming around the Phoenix nightclub during the Indie Music Awards and Esthero/controller.controller gig. Wearing a fedora-esque hat and leather jacket, 3000 “looked like he was enjoying himself,” said our source. “He was grooving with the girls there…I almost talked to him, but decided to leave him alone.”
But our Andre 3000 insider added that if the rapper wants to continue to sell albums and recieve love up in the clubs, he should work on a better product. “If he keeps guesting all over the place, and starring in crappy movies, he’s done,” said the source. Andre 3000’s next appearance is rumoured to be a SixToo’s set at the ElMo on Friday.
