Akin to a Book Twin

Toronto authoress and trampoline hollerer Sheila Heti has a new book out, and Jonathan Swift has a very old book out, courtesy of that gorgeous Penguin Great Ideas series. Interesting then that two books most different have two covers most similar. TOist likes the look of both of them, and if we read books and not cereal boxes we’d certainly put these two on our bedside table.
In case you were wondering, in protagonist George Ticknor, “Sheila Heti has created a memorable new hero of Prufrockian dimension,” or so sayeth Anansi. In a Tale of a Tub, Penguin Great Ideas wants to “bring you the works of the great thinkers, pioneers, radicals and visionaries whose ideas shook civilization, and helped make us who we are.”
