Drama Alert: Torontoist Irks Pitchfork

Looks like Torontoist has peeved off the wrong person this week: PitchforkMedia‘s Editor-in-chief Ryan Schreiber did NOT appreciate our swipes at his Arcade Fire interview in this week’s Mixtape, and said as much in email.
But not to worry, Mr Schreiber ended up changing his site’s content, as per our request. And in his defense, Torontoist might have stretched the charge of “stealing” a little far. But those on well-read media sources like Pitchfork or the National Post must keep in mind we are just nuts trying to find squirrels (ie criticism is a mark of admiration).
