With the Lights Out
Doesn’t the city know that blackouts are sooo 2003? Portions of downtown Toronto, including city hall and much of the shopping district, were without power for close to 11 hours yesterday. A broken water main in a secret underground hydro lair is said to have caused the outage. Without any street lights, Torontoist took it upon ourselves to direct traffic on the blacked-out streets. To all the motorists who honked in support of our efforts, you’re welcome.
