It’s the End of Suburbia As We Know It
Chalk it up to a childhood doused with station wagons and scrunchies, but we’d go see The End of Suburbia for the title alone. Fortunately, the film looks to be interesting beyond the title as well, as it “explores the American Way of Life and its prospects as the planet approaches a critical era, as global demand for fossil fuels begins to outstrip supply.”
Tonight there will be a screening* of the film presented in conjunction with a panel on sustainable living in the GTA. Mmm…sustenance. Admission is pay what you can. Score.
