Up Yours, Pothole!
Today the Municipal Roads Coalition singled out the worst roads in Ontario for 2004. The results were based on public votes and follow-up inspections. The unscientific survey found that most voters in Toronto were hating on Bathurst St., with Steeles Ave. not far behind. Here is the top ten list for the province:
1. Albert St., Township of Norwich, Oxford County
2. Paris St., City of Sudbury
3. Bathurst St., City of Toronto
4. Municipal Rd. 55, City of Sudbury
5. Steeles Ave. W., City of Toronto/Region of York
6. Huron Church Rd., City of Windsor
7. Limebank Rd., City of Ottawa
8. St. Joseph Boul., City of Ottawa
9. Notre Dame Ave., City of Sudbury
10. College St., City of Sudbury
