A History of Progress…Progressing
Starting in 1961, the Massey Lectures have been a forum for ideas, book topics and other such money-making/thought-provoking endeavors, broadcast on the CBC’s Ideas. This year’s focus is on anthropologist and novelist Ronald Wright’s A Short History of Progress. The book and lecture series, which started Monday, Nov. 22, focuses on the repeating history of development, and what that means to YOU. Check part one of the lecture, posted here.
