ANIMALS: Love-struck pooches will have the opportunity to declare their undying canine love today at the first-ever Woofstock Doggie Weddings High Tea. Doggie couples dressed in wedding attire will receive a certificate of “muttrimony” upon celebration of their “commuttment.” The event is the official launch for next week’s Woofstock, North America’s largest festival for dogs and dog lovers. Proceeds from today’s fundraiser go towards the Pet Trust Fund in support of canine cancer research. Le Meridian King Edward Hotel (37 King Street East), 2–4 p.m., FREE ($10 donation suggested). If Eastern (Toronto) art is your thing, you may want to check out the Riverdale Art Walk going on today and tomorrow. Don't let them scattered showers stop you from enjoying almost 100 RAW artists spread out through the Queen Street East district. With a multitude of shops, galleries and parks between Carroll Street and Leslie, RAW has never been better. Artists will also be featured at Jimmie Simpson Park at Booth Avenue, with a live mural demonstration on Carlaw Avenue.
