DESIGN: Mayor David Miller and Ontario College of Art and Design president Sara Diamond announce the winners of the school's recent Gateway Bike Stand Challenge. The five winning designers receive a total of $13,000 in prize money and the first-prize winner gets to have his or her work fabricated and installed (and used!) on an actual street corner.
