HOLIDAYS: Christmas season wouldn’t be complete without a look at the seasonal window display of the Bay. The Bay calls this year’s theme “Enchanted Forest.” They’ve brought back last year’s animated Santa window, referring to it as an “encore presentation.” We’ll call it "used," but even Santa can be forgiven for being on a budget this year.
