Apparently, when Vince Carter told reporters he wasn't going to dunk anymore, he was only referring to home games. Last night, VC was stuffing dunks left and right in a spirited effort against a team once known as the Washington Bullets. The Raptors lost, with Carter racking up a respectable 25 points in the game. A dunk late in the third quarter was, in fact, probably Carter's best dunk since winning the Slam Dunk competition......
