Saigon Sis opened just over a year ago on the strip which includes Green Mango and Spring Rolls, and has already established itself as a hip and trendy spot for tasty Thai and Vietnamese dishes. Our server clad in a cute paperboy hat and retro runners was friendly and attentive, but word on the street is that during its peak times, service can get a bit slow.
