DANCE: Thrill The World has been something of a worldwide social phenomenon for three years now, and this year's event, scheduled for October 24, holds a special significance after Michael Jackson's passing. This is why Thrill the World Toronto is readying the troops with a "Thriller" practice session every Monday night in August at the University of Toronto's Wycliffe College.
