While BikeShare struggles to re-open its popular program, city hall may beat them to the punch. MUSIC: The third annual ALL CAPS! Outdoor Show is finally upon us. The event is presented by Ryan McLaren's ALL CAPS! concert series, in association with Wavelength Music Arts Projects and Dufferin Grove Park. BikeShare is no more. After six years of award-winning programming and service, the Community Bicycle Network's BikeShare program announced this morning that they will not be reopening next season.
