		<title>Power Outage Affecting Thousands of Homes, Businesses</title>

The cause is not yet known, and there is no indication when power will be restored. The above map shows the areas most heavily affected, stretching north from the Annex into Forest Hill and Summerhill. Eat your popsicles while they're still frozen, people!
