		<title>Panoramaist: Afropan Steelband</title>

Afropan Steelband was rehearsing for this weekend's upcoming Caribbean Carnival parade, and turned the session into a public event. Beer and food and T-shirts were sold, and the band played as loud as they wanted, since no one lives anywhere close by.
