Natch is right -- that's the Koffler Centre. I know for sure, because I live across the street & I saw that scene being shot! I've never seen Boondock Saints but really want to, for that reason alone....

They weren't confined to the GTA, though -- I remember Ziggy's in Ottawa, and possibly the Ottawa Valley, early to mid-80s. The ones we went to were in Loblaws, not stand-alones. I think there are still Ziggy's plastic takeaway tubs...
