Perhaps an apology was in order regardless of how they intended it? To suggest anyone who didn't get it was confused makes it further insulting (to those offended) At least while you play here in Toronto......

I agree with Malmo, and while I appreciate Torontoist for pointing out my 'elitist' attitude I still just can't feel right about this cover. Perhaps satire has an appropriate place and time? And shouldn't the audience at least be taken...
