  Interesting that the original sign said "Dial 1050;" it now says "Radio 1050/" Also the sign variance application has a drawing that states "Dial 1050:" http://www.toronto.ca/legdocs/mmis/2009/te/bgrd/backgroundfile-20946.pdf which suggests that the decision to move from "dial" to "radio" occured recently....
