Toronto is used to streetcar delays, but not like this.

—A letter co-signed by John Tory and TTC chair Josh Colle (Ward 15, Eglinton-Lawrence) calls out Bombardier for repeatedly missing deadlines to deliver Toronto’s streetcars. Bombardier was scheduled to deliver 110 new streetcars this year, but only 30 have been delivered.
