The mayor's brother wants his troubled sibling to take a couple weeks and turn his life around.

A recent Forum poll indicates that the mayor would have an easier time getting reelected if he were perceived as being “clean and sober”—but, as Oakley pointed out during the interview, one or two weeks isn’t a lot of time.
