Toronto's cyclists memorialize Carla Maria Warrilow.
WHERE: Near Spadina Avenue and Dundas Street West
WHEN: Sunday, October 27
WHAT: On October 16, Carla Maria Warrilow and her bike were somehow both dragged under the wheels of a truck on Spadina Avenue. The 25-year-old events coordinator died of her injuries the following weekend. On Sunday, as is customary whenever someone has been fatally injured while cycling in Toronto, a group of mourners and activists rode to the site of the accident to install a ghost bike.
