- David Miller has long been a supporter of Toronto FC, but now the former mayor is pissed. In response to a round of management shakeups at the soccer squad’s head office, Miller has released a scathing open letter in which he lambastes team owner Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment for what he sees as mismanagement. He even says he’ll be returning the remainder of his season tickets.
- Speaking of Toronto politicians of yesteryear: Christopher Peloso, husband of 2010 mayoral candidate George Smitherman, was found curled up near some west-end railroad tracks earlier today after being reported missing on Tuesday. He’s alive and in the hospital. We still don’t know exactly what happened.
