WHERE: Village of Yorkville Park
WHEN: Saturday, February 23
WHAT: Each year, the Bloor-Yorkville BIA puts on Icefest, a free, public festival that lifts the spirits of winter-weary Torontonians, even as it boosts foot traffic to the neighbourhood’s businesses.
