FIELD NOTES: Winter, we’ve had a good run. We’ve all had the chance to toss a snowball, sled down a hill or two, and maybe even enjoy a cup of hot cocoa by a blazing fireplace. Thanks for the good times. We’re ready for you now, spring. What’s that? At least three more months of winter? That simply will not do. Thank goodness for this street artist, who told us by email their purpose is to “bring back some of the summer feeling that people, me especially, might miss during the cold winter months.” Much appreciated!

Once a week, Vandalist features some of the most interesting street art and graffiti from around Toronto. Find something great? Email vandalist@torontoist.com.
