—The captain, explaining to the Star why, despite the fact that he’s still living on his floating restaurant at the foot of Yonge Street almost six months after it was shut down by the City, he doesn’t have a bed. Waterfront Toronto demanded that he remove his gangplank after the shutdown, which is why he was worried about getting things off the boat. The Star reports that the gangplank is still in place, though, for the time being.
