City Flu Clinics Start Today
The hard freeze is coming soon, and here’s proof: the first City-run flu clinics of the year are happening today. Residents can visit the Atrium on Bay (595 Bay Street), Sherway Gardens (25 The West Mall), and several other clinics at locations throughout Toronto through January 10 to receive free flu shots for themselves, or for children older than six months. (Here’s a map and a schedule.) Last year the influenza virus was particularly prolific in Ontario, so if you’re worried about your health, vaccination is probably a good idea.
