• The Canadian International Air Show was an ear-shattering ordeal for anyone within a few miles of the Ex, as usual. But, as these photos show, the planes were pretty cool.
• Speaking of the Ex, did you miss your opportunity to visit the snazzy mockup of one of Toronto’s future light rail vehicles that was on display there? Luckily, you can go visit it at the Evergreen Brick Works until the end of October. Hopefully the upholstery doesn’t still smell like deep-fried Mars bars.
• Hey, guess who thinks Mayor Rob Ford will probably win another term? It’s George Smitherman, the guy who lost to him last time.
