WHAT: For 45 years, Toronto has marked the holiday season with a sound and light show. Nathan Phillips Square was packed with ice skaters Saturday night, and thousands more who came to watch the annual fireworks display. Mayor Ford lit the tree (yes, there were some boos), fireworks lit up the sky, and then we all partied in the big pond. Some highlights from the Cavalcade of Lights are in the gallery above.
