A glimpse of the condo building that will soon stand tall over Bathurst Street south of Bloor.
Lindvest Properties is closer to launching their nine-storey Hariri Pontarini–designed B.streets Condos, named for the Bathurst and Bloor intersection just to its north, and, along with the launch of their new website, they’ve released new renderings of the building.
The images provide a better view of the building’s highly articulated facade, designed by partner-in-charge David Pontarini to incorporate terraces and balconies and to reference the variety of the shop- and restaurant-filled buildings that line nearby Bloor Street.
