Power Outage Affecting Thousands of Homes, Businesses

A power outage is currently keeping the lights (and air conditioners) off at approximately 8,000 homes and businesses in the Annex and nearby communities, according to 680 News. The cause is not yet known, and there is no indication when power will be restored. The above map shows the areas most heavily affected, stretching north from the Annex into Forest Hill and Summerhill. Eat your popsicles while they’re still frozen, people!
