—Mayor Rob Ford, in an interview on Sun News Network today, explaining the difference between laying off City workers, which during his campaign he said he wouldn’t need to do, and giving them an offer they can’t refuse (well, they can, but then risk losing their jobs with no compensation). See? It’s different.
