    Are you saying that a city councillor , a person paid to do a full time job,
    worked as a scrutineer in the federal election?

    Granted scrutineers don't get paid, but isn't that less than fair to his
    electors that he wasn't working for a day because he was scrutineering
    for a candidate?

    And he had to go out of town to do it because he had less likelihood
    of being recognised while doing his job?

    Denzil Minnan-Wong has a screwy sense of priorities to his electors.

    A full workweek does not always equal 9-5, M-F. Assuming that he's cheating his constituents because he found the time to volunteer for the election is kind of simplistic.
