St. Clair West has surprisingly good architecture, especially in terms of midrise buildings, and the enhancements that the ROW project brought really make it look polished.

However, some things were not delivered. For instance, there's a thick overhead wire along the sides of the street in some places, when everything was supposed to be buried.
