The Sun has more details, including that 47% of those surveyed “believe Ford would bring the most change,” but 42% “think Smitherman would be the best mayor.” “I think change is maybe not good according to the City of Toronto,” Dave Scholtz, the executive vice-president of Leger Marketing, told the paper. Depends on the change, it seems.
