With the Annex restaurant shut down by order of Toronto Public Health for the fourth time in two years, and with its future uncertain, Torontoist was let inside the Green Room on Saturday, October 9, to photograph the state of ongoing renovations—work that was being done in part in an attempt to appease City health inspectors.
